Need help?
When you encounter a problem, then please read first the whole documentation
in the Hatari source package and the information on this
web site, this might help to clear some problems.
If your problem still then persists, you can either use the Hatari mailing list
(see below) to ask for help, or you can try the well-visited Hatari
forum at
www.atari-forum.com,
which is read by most developers, too.
The mailing lists
There are two mailing lists for the Hatari project, one for the developers and
people interested in the development of Hatari, and one for the normal users
of Hatari.
The developers' mailing list
The developer's mailing list is for people who want to discuss the Hatari
development in depth. If you know how to code, this is the certainly the right
place for you. The developers' list has medium traffic (a couple of mails per day).
-
To subscribe to the Hatari development mailing list, send an e-mail to
<hatari-devel-request@lists.tuxfamily.org> with
the subject "subscribe".
-
To unsubscribe, it's the same procedure but with the subject being
"unsubscribe".
-
The mailing list itself then can be reached by sending
a mail to <hatari-devel@lists.tuxfamily.org>.
-
The current mailing list archives can be found at
http://listengine.tuxfamily.org/lists.tuxfamily.org/hatari-devel/.
-
The old mailing list archives from 2009 to 2011 can be found in
our
archive repository
and the even older archive from 2001 to 2008 can be found at
SourceForge.
The users' mailing list
This is the list for the normal users of Hatari. For example, if you've got a
problem with your configuration, or just want to report a bug without being
interested in the technical details, or just want to be informed about the
occasional public releases of Hatari, this is the right place for you.
This list has normally very low traffic (some few mails per week).
-
To subscribe to the Hatari users mailing list, send an e-mail to
<hatari-users-request@lists.tuxfamily.org> with
the subject "subscribe".
-
To unsubscribe, it's the same procedure but with the subject being
"unsubscribe".
-
The mailing list itself then can be reached by sending
a mail to <hatari-users@lists.tuxfamily.org>.

The current mailing list archives can be found at
http://listengine.tuxfamily.org/lists.tuxfamily.org/hatari-users/.
